The Midnight

When I bury myself in the book, quickly time flies;

When I look up into the stars, vast the universe stands.

Though midnight, my mind is still restless;

For my country and my people, I'm full of worries.

小小的意见，用“affections”代替“worries”如何？用“worries”只表现出忧虑，但是原诗的“念”应该包括忧虑在内的其他各种感情，也有自豪、责任等，所以用“affections”显示出多样的感情。

The  midnight

 I  want  to  read ,however,the  silver candle is short

  I  want  to look  ,however ,the jade  space  is  big

Though  it  is  the  midnight  now

   I  do  not  feel  tired   at  all 

   Emperor as I am

  my  mind  is  always  filled  with the  people  of  our country
