[原创]为玄烨逝世286年所作

今天是农历十一月十三,玄烨的忌日又到了,以往写过小说,今年时间有限,写了两首游戏之作,聊以寄怀,见笑,见笑!

         

                     长相思

   长相思,长相忆,独守空闺几度秋,故人安在否?

    风萧萧,雨潇潇,独上高台倚空楼,黄鹤已西游.

 

 

   下面是玄烨<<夜半>>的英语翻译,呵呵,玩笑而已,不要认真(意译) 

                 The  midnight

 

             I  want   to   read   as  much  as  possible              

             but time is  limmited  

             I  want  to  see  as  far  as  possible 

            but vision is  limmited 

          Though  it  is  the  midnight  now

           I  do  not  feel  tired   at  all  

           As  the   emperor  of   our  country 

           there  is  a  love  for  my  people  in  my  heart

The  midnight

 I  want  to  read ,however,the  silver candle is short

  I  want  to look  ,however ,the jade  space  is  big

Though  it  is  the  midnight  now

   I  do  not  feel  tired   at  all 

   Emperor as I am

  my  mind  is  always  filled  with the  people  of  our country

When I bury myself in the book, quickly time flies;

When I look up into the stars, vast the universe stands.

Though midnight, my mind is still restless;

For my country and my people, I'm full of worries.

这个译得真好，很有诗的韵味。

小小的意见，用“affections”代替“worries”如何？用“worries”只表现出忧虑，但是原诗的“念”应该包括忧虑在内的其他各种感情，也有自豪、责任等，所以用“affections”显示出多样的感情。

呵呵,那也是我们老师教得好啊,以后上了大学,再重新翻译,或许会有新进益吧!

怪不得我说呢，我怎么昨晚做梦梦到老爹了，1年没梦见他了。。。
见鬼了。。。错，梦鬼了。。。

呵呵，露露说的很有道理呢。

 

我后来想觉得还是没有译出烛影跃跃，满天星斗的意味，所以干脆第二句译成“When I look up into the stars"好了，还突出了原诗“玉衡”的原意。还有第四句，也改一下语序，这样四句就都押韵了。

 

The Midnight

 

When I bury myself in the book, quickly time flies;

When I look up into the stars, vast the universe stands.

Though midnight, my mind is still restless;

For my country and my people, I'm full of worries.

 

谨以这首英文译诗献给亲爱的康熙老爷子，作为我们大家的缅怀吧！

 

我觉得colddew译的非常好，既简洁，原诗的韵味也基本上表达出来了，而且前三句用到了英语中的尾韵（rhythm），但是我觉得第二句还可以稍微修改一下，改为When I look into the sky，vast the universe stands， look into 和前面的 bury in 形成对比，老爷子先是埋首书堆，而后仰望苍穹，更生动些，一点拙见仅供参考
